Reenactors

Reenactors

We welcome participation by all military reenactors.  If your group is interested in participating or even just marching in the parade, please contact Robert Bucco by e-mail at: moreinfo@malvernmemorialparade.com.

1. The Parade begins promptly at 1:30 PM. Participating units may arrive at the Malvern Fire House where the Parade begins as early as noon but no later than 1:00 PM. Signs will be posted directing each unit to a location in Fire House parking area. Look for a color coded chart on the Malvern Fire House sign at the entrance to the fire house. Parade staff will also be available.

2. There are very limited parking and no public rest facilities available at the staging area. Parking is available in several lots and on side streets at Memorial Park where the Parade ends. Additional parking will be available in the park area. Free parking is available at the Malvern SEPTA train station at the halfway point of the Parade. In addition to the WAWA in the shopping center, Kimberton Whole Foods is across the street from the Fire House and the Malvern Buttery a few doors west, both of which have fantastic things to eat if you need something before the Parade starts.   Also check out Scoops and Smiles Ice Cream and Water Ice just west of the Buttery.

3. Rest facilities and refreshments are available in the Park. If there are any questions or additional information is needed. Please contact Robert Bucco by e-mail at: moreinfo@malvernmemorialparade.com.

ALL PARTICIPANTS  should be at the parade starting area (Malvern Fire House) by 1 pm. Decorated bicycle contestants and all youth groups (sports, scouts, dance, and other community activities) should gather at the intersection of King Rd. and Ruthland Avenue.
